      DON'T COME HERE, even if it's GOOGLE

      paid time off, if you decide to stay past that 60-90 day after start date

      Cons

      -Double standards -super micro-management -favoritism of certain workers over others -heavy work tracking system, feels like prison/factory bootcamp -no FTE conversion opportunity -tries to keep you for super cheap wage -restricts and take away rights you had before as a contractor (no shuttle/remote work, 8 hours in the office even if you're long commuter)

      Pros

      Searching for a job has to be one of the top 5 most challenging tasks to accomplish. I had been in search for a job for 4 months because I wasn't able to find a job that best suited me. VACO made things so simple, easy and strengthened my confidence that had been demolished by numerous rejections. I couldn't give VACO a great review without mentioning how great my recruiter, Kimberly Carroll, is. She is an extraordinary person who genuinely cares about your best interest. It took one job placement and I couldn't have asked for a better job placement. I love the company I currently work for including the pay, benefits and so much more. Without Kim I wouldn't have found such a perfect fit for both me and the company. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you!
