      Pros

      Majority of staff are friendly/outgoing. Most of the upper management is professional and courteous (with the exception of one).

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations from the managing partner. Minimal training provided while learning two positions since location was majorly understaffed. Not given a chance to truly learn both roles before being let go.

      Pros

      Vaco is such an amazing place to learn and grow while still in school!! It was the best internship I ever could have imagined. Vaco Phoenix has the best staff and I love them! They make me excited to come to work everyday.

      Cons

      I couldn't say one bad things about my experience at Vaco these past two summers. Couldn't have asked for a better internship.

      Pros

      They hire professionals who know what they are doing and give them the tools and freedom to do their job and be successful -- not a micro-managing "hit the phones" one-size-fits-all company.

      Cons

      Not a lot of processes nationally, many offices have a different way of doing things in their office, however, they still manage to work well nationally with lots of sharing and introducing other offices into a firm.
