Corporate culture and tenets CEO is a charismatic front-man for the company Corporate makes great strides towards doing the right things: focusing on people- not production, diversity/inclusion, mental health (avoiding burnout), etc. It's the best culture I've seen in a staffing company. Sadly the Vaco Dallas office does not embody much of the corporate culture. My grades reflect my experience in Dallas.

Cons

Even for a staffing company, Vaco Dallas has extremely high turnover. While I could go into detail about the many reasons as to why that is,... the data should tell you everything you need to know: I was there for just over a year, and of the 25 employees that were in the office when I arrived, only 8 remain today. And many people came and went during that time as well. I've never seen anything like it.

Casual atmosphere and little vertical structure. Lenient management and overall friendly staff and coworkers

Cons

As a subcontractor for a lot of bigger companies like Google IBM among others there is very little opportunity for one to proceed further in their career
