Business Outlook
Pros
Culture is king. Vaco invests most of their time and energy building a “fun” place to work.
Cons
Completely disengaged senior management. Vaco is Private Equity backed which means business decisions are made by people not engaged in the local office. Repeatedly make the same poor business decisions which then creates turnover, instability and lack of direction. Then they do it all over again... there is a reason tenure is so short with the entire office.
