(with few exceptions where multiple road blocks will be added for you not to get it) Top notch technical members switching to management because they know they can get compensated much better, leaving gap in the product knowledge. Or they just leave. No trainings for technical team to expose them to new technologies Immigration policies are written with so much bureaucracy to wear you out .
