      Pros

      Wonderful place to work at. Great possibilities to move up in the company in a short amount of time. Fast paste environment with great team members. Very competitive compensation and generous benefits package.

      I worked at a manufacturing plant which had limited exposure to daylight.

      Multi-nationals, lot of opportunities, good diversity and room to grow and travel internationally. This company is good university, you can learn a lot

      Pros

      Lot's of chance to learn if you are willing to learn. Good benefit on 401k and health insurance.

      Cons

      Hard to keep good balance between personal life and work if you want to make customer satisfy. Basically lack of resource compared to number of project. IT support very poor and administrative works are getting worse due to removed s/w to save cost.
