      Pros

      There are a few great people here. They have a global presence.

      Cons

      Divisions with the company operate as silos, don't help each other, and charge the other divisions for parts or help. There is an unjustifiable atmosphere of paranoia around trade secrets. Their core business is to take parts that car manufacturers need and make them smaller and cheaper. There is a clear lack of innovation in the company. Ideas outside of "sell a piece of hardware to a car manufacturer" are thrown out very quickly.

      Awesome Employer -Typical Corporate America environment

      Pros

      -Excellent Pay and very valuable experience especially if you want to work in the automotive industry -Flexible work hours which is a plus if you have a family -You get a laptop so you can work remotely if necessary

      Cons

      -Can be cut throat -Can be gossipy -Very little training or direction; you are kind of just thrown in there -sometimes it can become very stressful and has a workaholic nature to it
