      Pros

      Salary is competitive. People are generally nice. Products are innovative. Very smart people are there that you can learn from.

      Cons

      Very stressful job. Work and personal life balance is impossible to maintain. Worked every weekend for 8 months. Senior management gets fired very often. High turn over.

      We do have product that are attractive for our customer and have opportunities to increase the growth in North America.

      Valeo USA struggle to get resources to support business. This impact our daily work output.

      Pros

      Salary is good if you're starting out. Flexibility and WFH is okay, but depends on your manager, even though there's "official" company policy.

      Cons

      Management is a mess. Too many directors/upper management that are lost 80% of the time, and not enough actual team members to do the work. Lack of training. Lack of opportunity for advancement.
