      Pros

      Large automotive company with a lot of opportunities for growth. Pay competitively and overall a pretty good work culture. Teams in Valeo seem to be close and work well together.

      Cons

      At times people at Valeo can be rude, I believe this is inspired by the French culture that is deeply engrained in Valeo - more direct in communication, which can also be a pro at times as well. At times work life balance can be tough depending on the state of the industry and how lean Valeo is operating at that time.
