Pros
Good international colleagues who are technical and competent. Flexible time (one day in a week) to work from home.
Cons
Immature and micromanaging management. Managers don’t have the people and motivational skills. Conflict of interest between two managers (one called functional and the other called hierarchical) that leads to almost a hostile work environment. Human Resources not much help at resolving conflicts. Not much room for advancement.
