Terrible culture. TERRIBLE culture. I’ve never worked at a place that makes everything impossible for an employee to be successful in their own role. The communication has been terrible since the merger. The company launched a committee intending to make the culture better, but honestly I feel like it’s made it worse.
Working here, I question how this company has retained clients or stayed open. The company makes investments in the wrong places…. Very low talent for the stakes at hand. The same repeating offenders in leadership driving terrible decisions, making the most money, and not being held accountable for it. Don’t work here if you can avoid it.
