This place could write a how to book on how NOT to complete a merger. They operate as two separate companies with no communication to any employees or their clients. When there is communication from senior leadership, it completely misses the mark. They have been working on aligning two companies for over a year now and they are no closer than they were a year ago. One side of the company operates very “lean”, as they like to call it (most others would say understaffed and overworked), while the other side has 1/4th the amount of responsibility- while making double in salary. This place is the EEOC’s worst nightmare. Aside from poor communication and unequal pay.. their business practices have become very unethical. For potential employees and clients alike, please look to invest your time or money elsewhere.
