Pros

I've been with the company 2.5 years and a DM for 2 years. My experience has been great. i have gotten to travel to other cities/states to either help out or for conferences. The best part is i get to work from home. I have a 2 year old so i get to spend a lot of time with him instead of him being stuck in daycare everyday. There are plenty of days where I do work out and about but its nice saving money on day care some days when I plan on working from the computer that day. We get a company maintained vehicle to use which is great for me because i have properties in multiple cities spanning 2 hrs apart. The company credit card is nice to have when we are out of town or when we need supplies right then and there and cant wait to have them ordered. You get to work unsupervised. Its nice not to have someone watching over you non stop to make sure you are doing your job. Yes I know we all have bosses who do check up on us from time to time but if you get "Do Your Job" the way your are required to then your boss tends to leave you alone and let you run the show. These are just a few of the Pros and there are many more. I plan on staying with this company as long as i can.

Cons

The only con i have is the hiring process but you'd have to be a DM to understand why.

Pros

Solo work, good exercise, can listen to music/podcasts while you work, night job, don't have to interact with the public very often

Cons

There are issues with retaining employees, which affects existing employees who are asked to travel more and service more buildings to cover shifts. It would be fine if it happened every so often. IT CONSISTENTLY HAPPENS. The DM's inability to put together a reliable team isn't my fault. I didn't sign on to work in other cities, so don't consistently ask me to do so because the travel puts more wear and tear on my car which reduces my profits. Also, a raise doesn't mean I am obligated to jump at every chance to pick up an extra shift so don't place guilt trips when employees say no. Respect boundaries. As long as I am reliable in doing the shifts I signed up for, that's all that should be expected. This is not a career, so don't make me feel guilty for putting my real job first.
