      Pros

      This is a great part-time supplement to your current employment. It's structured in such a way to reward those put in the hustle. Most properties pay "day rate" and I've determined that I make $20hr plus (after fuel) for my three hours or so per week night and sometimes up to five on Sundays (the high volume day). )

      Cons

      Wear and tear on one's vehicle. It's a dirty business. It can be extremely exerting, but that might be more pro than con.

      Pros

      Work by yourself, don't see management for weeks at a time.

      Cons

      They lie about the pay. Went through 6 Managers in a year. They may give you a contract on how much they will pay you, but they will breach it without a care in the world. They don't care about the valet's who pick up the trash. They use and abuse them without benefits.
