When I first started there it was a great company culture and company.

Cons

... But as time went on, they got bigger and greedier, and the culture went down hill. Talk about office politics! I will never ever work corporate again. They are also discriminatory and horrible to their employees once they consider you on their "bad" side. They also want to pay you way under what everyone else is paying, and you are basically a slave - overworked and underpaid. Their loss!

Flexible days, but always out working in the evenings.

Pros

Remote working, company vehicle and equipment, bonus options, 401k, healthcare. Daytimes are flexible on when you are working.

Cons

On-Call 7 days a week, company doesn't really adhere to work life balance they claim to give, tough hiring environment. The budgetary allowances hardly allow for a full staff, therefore forcing the DM to do the physical labor instead of their real job.

Thank you for sharing a review. Our District Managers have a challenging job and we appreciate the work you are doing. We recognize that staffing shortages can create a challenge for our District Managers and are working hard in this area to implement strategies for hiring and retaining our associates. Some of these included increased wages, sign on-bonuses, retention contests and we recently added an additional monthly gas allowance to help offset the rise in fuel costs. We are seeing improvements in our staffing and retention and will continue to work hard to ensure we are doing everything possible to support our District Managers. nothing is good here run

Cons

Once you attain the level of regional manager which includes no real off time because you are required to monitor and respond to properties when on vacation. No more upwards mobility in Florida might be different in other states just not here. Also valets are treated like the trash they pick up I know, I worked there for 3 years hoping for change.

Related to your comment on upward mobility, we have been working hard in this area and are proud that almost half of our hires nationally at the District Manager, Regional Manager, and Director level are from internal associate promotions. In Florida, our Regional Managers and Directors have all come from within the company.
