      Always off on Fridays and Saturdays

      Cons

      Company does not back employee's Company continues to make the job as hard as possible and does not want to make tenant's follow simple community guidelines. You are only able to work up to 5 hours a night, 5 nights a week. Bi Weekly pay

      Good hourly rate for a part time job

      Cons

      Working evening hours 7-10 sucks. using your own vehicle is CRAP. You do not get reimbursed for gas or anything to do with your vehicle.
