Just don’t do it

Pros

The only pro I would say is the pay is decent.

Cons

This has been the absolute worst experience of my professional career. Training/ramp period took months. Operations and sales are not aligned whatsoever. Upper management and those who create and enforce KPIs/metrics are delusional/not actual boots on the ground players. Operations team incredibly unprofessional and lack communication skills or the ability to take accountability. Properties don’t like our service. It’s been rough!

Terrible company

Pros

None, you work your way up, I started 5 years ago as a pet walker > promotion > concierge > promotion > costumer service for valet waste > promotion > Area supervisor (handled 90 communities and 12 different employees at one time. Trained employees, covered all positions when staff shortages along with still doing Area Supervisor position. Drove hours all over the place to cover all positions.

Cons

Company just uses you and doesn’t appreciate any of the work you do.
