All corporate associates are eligible for our corporate incentive plan which is distributed annually as well as merit increases through our annual cycle. Additionally, we are actively looking into ways to enhance our benefits package. Recently, we announced changes to our military leave policy offering improved Military Leave differential pay, and starting in January, we will be implementing an enhanced parental leave, extending coverage to 20 days.
