Can't really think of any

Cons

When they say split shift what they mean is all night, wake up by 9 am and then back at it by 4pm. No work life balance. Rentention is horrible Can't find anyone to work. In 2 weeks I hired 8 people and none made it past the 1st shift.

Thank you for taking the time to share a review. I’m sorry you didn’t have a great experience during your time here. The District Manager position can be challenging at times and we're working hard to provide support to our teams to meet these demands. This includes several strategies such as sign-on bonuses, increased wages and retention awards that we have deployed over the past year to help attract and retain our part time workers. While we still have much work to do, we are committed to doing everything possible to help support our District Managers to ensure they have a positive work/life balance. Easy work Quick shift most days

Cons

Company doesn't care about employees. Higher ups will lie to your face. They will not pay you what they advertise and you have no way of knowing unless you log online to view pay stubs. Will fire you for inquiring about your pay.

We believe in being transparent and paying our associates appropriately for the work they do. If paid hourly, all associates can verify that pay rate in their employee record system. If paid by property, your District Manager can confirm the pay rates per property, per night.
