Pros

Nothing this job is terrible!!!!

Cons

They over work you, give you poor training, don't give you proper equipment, it's filthy and hazardous work (I had to pick up diapers, used needles, and tampons with no proper safety equipment!). They still owe me money and they cap your pay so you really only get paid per site not per hour because they're cheap... shall I go on? Oh, and they expect you to use and destroy your own personal truck...

Pros

Side job if you need extra money

Cons

Extremely micromanaging upper management. The new RDO that has recently taken over has created a hostile work environment. Unfair pay. Residents complain over everything. Company hires anyone as District managers just to keep bodies, everyone is untrained and incompetent. Company rewards and promotes bad behavior and fail to reward and recognize those who deserve it. There’s a bunch of managers that should have been fired a long time ago but instead get paid better than those who do a great job and value their employees. Company only cares about their money and not about the people that keep it running.

Pros

The residents, my only reason for staying as long as I have. They are fantastic.

Cons

I am so angry I can barely see straight. I've been faithful, dedicated employee who has been treated horribly. I never got paid nearly a month ago and after countless voicemails and emails I have been utterly ignored. I cannot get a single person to even acknowledge me, I have no voice and I'm clearly not valued at all. I've worked several different jobs in my life but I've never experienced anything like this. Mind-blowing.
