nothing about it is good

they are using you to destroy your truck for their own personal gain. they are having a lack of trucks and i see why. i'm not keeping my truck on for 3 hours straight while busting my butt, most of the money i'd make in a day would be going towards gas

We understand that using your own personal vehicle comes with additional cost and that's why we pay a premium with extra hourly pay to those that use their personal vehicle. We also have established standards and best practices for all associates on how to best manage use of their truck during collection which includes not leaving the vehicle running. Schedule flexibility, company truck, room for advancement, quarterly bonuses

Cons

Pay could be better for the stress amount from position. Quarterly bonuses are not as easy to get as well.
