Pros

There are NO pros I can write. This was the worst job in my 30+ year lending career. The IT guys were nice, but that's about the only good thing I can say.

Cons

Antiquated systems, non-competitive rates, arrogant management, promises made and never kept. This bank is totally out of touch with what consumers want from their mortgage experience.
