Pros

Worked as sales associates and basically u do nothing of work as compare to other banks. Also i think its the only bank which doesnt have any sales goals

Cons

Its a very conservative bank. Still need alot of improvement and need to keep up with other banks. You cannt really change any customer info at branch, alot of paper work and everything has togo back office

-Nice corp office in NYC -work-life balance -actively trying to grow and recruit motivated individuals

Cons

-still very old school -does not have 'team' environment -a lot of processes manual and redundant -bonus structure
