Management was very involved with my desire to move up in the company and helped to to do just that.

Cons

Sometimes getting through to Customer Service for customer issues was difficult because lines were always busy.

Pros

Some pleasant staff to work with. Most associates seemed depressed and there was a lot of drama. Most of the other customer service rep's really wanted to help you grow and develop your career. However this was not liked by upper management.

Cons

Comments made about my accent, children. Very negative environment.
