Pros

Great experience to learn how retail banking works in respect to how front-end runs, cash safety, cross selling, cash consolidation, and is also a foot in banking industry.

Cons

This new millenniums are more tech savvy, therefore online banking is taking over and branches are slower by the day. It gets boring at times as banks are not as busy as they used to be at one point. The pay is also very low.

Pros

Work independently, sales success is based strictly on commercial customer satisfaction and level of branch support. Lots of good people to work with.

Cons

Senior Mgmt is horrible and plays favorites all the time. Doesn't matter if you are the best at what you do - its who you know more than any place I have ever worked.
