RTO to force employees to quit

Pros

Decent pay, very nice coworkers

Cons

They forced return to office for “collaboration” and yet we have most of our meetings on Teams and Zoom. We sit in open desks in an open floor plan while our desk mates surrounding us yell loudly on their headsets in virtual meetings. I get less done in the office due to coworker distractions and a general boredom from being in such a sterile space. They laid off a large portion of the company and naturally who remained was left with all of their work but no pay raise.
