Pros

There are zero pros to working for valley.

Cons

Valley sends mixed messages every step of the way. The monthly town halls and communications are only there so they can say they check the boxes. They’re continuously biting off more than they can chew - and upper since it’s upper management making the decisions, they don’t get held responsible for the blunders and miscommunication.

Pros

Exposure to large, operation critical projects,

Cons

My manager was busy with a large project and could not provide too much direct support, which was challenging since I had just graduated and this as my first job after college.
