Pros

No pros here. Owners Simmer and Vicki Mayo have managed to show a lack of integrity regarding their clients in billing and the treatment of employees. Take it from someone who has been in the business for some time. DES should do a full accounting of the service they have been provided by Valor. Don’t go near the company regardless of what they tell you. I resigned from there to a better company. It is unfortunate that they screwed up the Triton merger with their poor acquisition. Triton was a good company. All they care about is collecting businesses and lining their pockets no matter who they affect. And don’t fall for Vicki’s diversity gig…..she promotes favorites.

Cons

Promises not kept by owners

Pros

They have a great benefits package

Cons

This company will make you work to the bone and then reward you by firing you due to "poor performance" even though the whole time you received positive feedback from your manager. Once the busy hiring season was over, I mean the very next day after a big start date, the recruiting team was all fired supposedly for poor performance. I did not have one piece of feedback that I was performing poorly. All I received was positive feedback on my performance, but just because one of the VP's was upset she fired the whole team, instead of the person who was poorly managing the team. I would stay away because they will make a lot of false promises and then fire you if you try to help them to improve their company. They will say they "want to start fresh." They will not change their ways so unless you are completely willing to adapt to their unethical practices you will be fired out of the blue with no warning. Don't trust anything they say.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Pros

Zero pros. They offer "full time" which is a complete falsehood. You will work maybe two hours averaged a day. Maybe 20 hrs a week if you're lucky They will tell you to clock out early 90% of the time due to low call volume. And to add insult to injury they are constantly adding new hires to the teams. Which makes no sense if you already have too many agents? It's ridiculous. They are very cagey about the wage so I'll spell it out. They will say it's 5-7 dollars an hour, maybe more if you work overnight, but no one who trains you will actually tell you what your wage will be you have to look it up on the paychex website AFTER training. I got 9$ an hour. Which is still laughable. But they go on and on about how much you'll make in commission, which is a measly ONE percent. Yeah, you read right, 1% commission. Don't even get me started on the program they use. It's a virtual desktop running on like windows 2003. Just don't waste your time. You're just going to be selling overpriced, crap snake oil products to old people. The scripts are unbearably long and ridiculous. You will get written up for calls that aren't sales calls. Which you have no control over if the person calls in and doesn't want to buy/ is looking for customer service/ wrong number etc. And people will purposefully call in to your line knowing it's not the customer service line. I got fed up only working two hours a day and seeing constant new hires in the group chat when I'm begging to work more hours.

Cons

Its all cons. You can't have any positives from working less than 15 hrs a week.
