Pros

Morning shift, good food choices in the break room.

Cons

They will fire you for whatever reason, all because they over staffed themselves. They don’t care to help you at all, and at the last minute change things to try and throw you off or claim it was this way all along when it wasn’t. All managers pick favorites. Some managers will use you and make you pay for stuff but never pay you back either. Worst company I have ever worked for. And there reason for fire was bogus. They laid off over 50 people in 2 days.

We appreciate your candid feedback. Regarding firing of people- We apologize if there’s some confusion. We do move many agents to new campaigns with opportunity for promotion and raise. Valor holds to a culture that admires it’s people, is passionate about making a difference and exceeds expectations. Some people are not always a cultural fit. We take all current and employees concerns seriously. We’d love to discuss your comments in further detail to better our processes. Please contact us at hr@valorglobal.com at your convenience. We wish you the best on your journey!

Pros

The people hired genuinely want to do the right thing (until they realize what they are dealing with and leave).

Cons

The owners and current leadership are absolutely not trustworthy. Take heed that customers will be taken advantage of from over billing to misrepresented services and you will have to deal with the fallout. Be very sure if you are hired, there's no ulterior motive, as they hire people that can pull strings for them, then throw them out like yesterday's trash. If you question any of this behavior, they will replace you with someone that will fall in line. This company is becoming known for being sketchy at best. Working here will gain you the same reputation. Avoid.
