Management is deeply incompetent and appears unqualified to lead people. Decisions are reactive, poorly thought out, and often contradict one another. The culture is toxic, disrespectful, and driven by ego rather than performance or collaboration. Favoritism is obvious and damaging. leadership still avoids responsibility when things go wrong. Communication is chaotic — expect change without notice, priorities shift daily, and employees are blamed for management’s failures. Employee feedback is ignored entirely.
