Pros

Well where do we start, I think it's with the fact that they return your Phone calls , and go out of their way to help out. In terms of value they know to find value for everyone the contract, they listen to you, and make everything seem effortless, though it's not. Their business like any other, they need to make money so they will trim areas out to make sure it can happen. but for what it's worth they can place you in a better job better pay and streamline that process. I'm very happy with my experience with VanderHouwen.

Cons

Keeping on the side of objectivity the only cons are the health plan is not as developed and as robust as you would expect but the additional earnings that you make will more than cover your cost of your premium and other essential costs so I wouldn't really consider this a con but more like a spin, a positive one.

Pros

Amazing management who will help you to be successful. Fun quarterly events to destress. Flexible work schedule, I was able to do a 7:30-4:30 which I loved! Great co-workers who become your friends. Family friendly environment!

Cons

There is room for advancement but since the company isn't very large sometimes it takes a bit longer than you may have hoped, but I am still happy to have worked her and recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing organization to work for.

Pros

Fun atmosphere, great co-workers, and owners who care about your family as much as their own. I was with the company for over 8 years, and they were some of the best years of my life.
