Work and Play Hard is a cliche but they really pull it off here. Remote working has proven very productive here. Managers don't micro manage.

Cons

Pure online working makes it hard to connect with people on a personal level.

Supportive team, egalitarian organizational structure, good work-life balance Remote or hybrid - however you prefer! Strong client base Long-established company with solid reputation in business community Friendly coworkers, genuinely fun out-of-office events

Cons

LOTS of jobs to work, but that's a good problem to have in this industry Recruiters are a hungry lot - you need to move fast and work hard
