Pros

I joined this company after swearing I would never work for a staffing agency, but after the interview process and since being hired on I have seen what sets them apart in the market and why there is such a positive reputation. It is still a fairly small company with room to grow, and they seem to value the employees that they have.

Cons

It can be tough to get placements, and working between candidates and companies can be a struggle, but that's an adjustment more than a con. The benefits are expensive, but it's a small business so less people on the policy means more money to employees.

Relationship based recruiting firm that takes pride in matching talent to the perfect opportunity. Women owned and Green certified. Great room for advancement internally. Good internal culture. Matching 401k after 1 year of employment for all employees. Paid holidays and great vacation for internal employees.

Cons

Family owned business that grew quickly - internal processes are slowly catching up. Upper management stuck in old ways; change is difficult.
