Paychecks arrived on time and cleared.

Cons

Complete lack of leadership. 7 years of being a 'start up' and zero growth from a business perspective. The leadership team is more of mean girls club. Nothing was accomplished in my time at Vangst. Clear lack of vision and focus. AVOID working with or at this company.

Overall company culture is miserable. I cannot imagine being an investor in this money pit that's serving as a personal bank account for the CEO.

Just think about the movie mean Girls and if it made another human being with the movie that’s called idocracy.
