      Pros

      Start up environment, able to wear many different hats. People were awesome.

      Cons

      Technology is constantly changing which makes it hard to buy into the vision. The awesome people I mentioned above were all driven out when they were the ones carrying the vision and taking this company to the next level.

We have implemented several internal feedback channels, including an annual employee survey, virtual suggestion boxes, 1-on-1 leadership meetings, an employee-led committee and regular check-ins with the People Operations team. We are constantly looking to grow our team’s feedback loop and implement their ideas.

      Cons

      terrible management extremely high turnover “unlimited PTO” is total BS if you’re desperate for a new job and don’t have any other options then this might be a good opportunity for you.

      Pros

      1) strong leadership team 2) very transparent and open communication from CEO and other leaders 3) really fun office 4) amazing brand in cannabis where you will be recognized and expected at trade shows 5) strong emphasis on cross-team collaboration so you get the opportunity to work on things outside of your job description 6) no idea is a bad idea - opportunity to make an impact from day 1 7) good benefits, better than I've seen at other startups 8) every single employee is genuinely nice and supportive, one big family vibes 9) you get to feel like you are helping the whole cannabis industry every day

      Cons

      1) Cannabis in general can be a rocky place to work right now 2) the clients you work with can be very difficult, wide range of client personalities in cannabis
