      Excellent place to work with a lot of connections in the cannabis industry

      Pros

      Lots of freedom and opportunity to grow your business as a recruiter or salesperson. They have a lot of connections within the cannabis space giving them a leg up on a lot of other companies in the industry.

      Cons

      Not a lot of leadership with recruiting experience despite it being the core competency of the company.

      Pros

      New industry, fast paced, cannabis clients.

      Cons

      Vangst will hire quick and lay people off even faster. Lots of unnecessary drama similar to a high school. Vangst has burned through a lot of money trying to develop a “platform” while trying to weather the storm of a volatile cannabis market. Hard to make any commission when the core business is on the decline and when the “platform” isn’t able to be sold. Needs to pivot soon or there won’t be a company.
