      Pros

      The team is the strongest aspect of Vangst. Everyone works very hard to support each other. The objectives are reasonable, pay is excellent, and management sets you up for success at every turn. It is truly one of the best run teams in cannabis.

      Cons

      As a startup, no company is immune to growing pins. Figuring out the initiatives to focus on can be challenging in an ever changing industry.

      Vangst is an amazing start up that allows people to really shine. With multiple solutions Vangst takes pride in serving its Clients. The internal culture is one of high performance and accountability where everyone is empowered to bring new ideas and do their best work.

      Cons

      Working at a start up is not for everyone. It takes a hands on person that’s not afraid to get in the weeds. Some folks don’t thrive in this type of environment but if you work hard, want to learn and think different you’ll kill it at Vangst!
