      Pros

      I truly enjoy coming into work at Vangst every day and doing the work we do. The people who make up Vangst are inclusive, smart, fun and innovative fostering a positive, energetic work environment. There is so much opportunity for growth internally, as well as the ability to directly impact where and how Vangst will grow in the future seeing as this is also a start up industry. Super rewarding company to work for as we have the opportunity to help people every single day.

      Cons

      Working in a start up comes with having to be extremely adaptable and flexible with a lot of moving parts going on which is not for everyone.

      - Highly competitive commission package - the chance to change people's lives - opportunities to train and impact -having a positive impact on an industry that I personally care deeply about. - strong leaders in our senior management - dog-friendly office - great coworkers who are supportive and fun - hard work is compensated and rewarded - working with really impressive clients - A very respectful working environment with adult-like management styles. i.e. do your work and do it right and you have a lot of flexibility. - Vangster days! I love that we are employee and client-centric, you are encouraged to be creative while also having measurable targets to ensure we provide great service to our clients. We are developing mentorship and stronger training programs as well.

      Cons

      It can be hard to figure out what positions to work to be the most successful. Lately there has been a lot of filling out similar spreadsheets and one-off requests that take a lot of time away from our core job functions while goals are increasing.
