      The team at Vangst is incredible. I truly love my coworkers and the culture here is outstanding, inclusive, and so much fun. This company has grown so much in the past year and I am so excited to watch it continue to grow.

      As a start up, Vangst is always changing and updating systems/procedures to ensure we are keeping up to speed with this rapidly evolving industry.

      Pros

      Casual dress, fun company events, laid-back environment, great office. Team leaders have a great vision for the future. The benefits are great for a start-up that operates within the cannabis industry.

      Cons

      Landscape can feel volatile with all the changes in the industry so if you don't know how to adjust to change quickly, you can feel overwhelmed. There also seem to be differences of opinions among leadership about a true work-life balance - unrealistic expectations of when to be available for your team.
