~There is always a product line getting launched that does not bring in revenue and the money generating people on sales and both recruiting teams are frustrated about this. It seems like the company would rather start something new instead of perfecting it's business lines. ~The product is not strong compared to competitors and there never seemed to be a clear path on how the tech side of the business can create a decent product that is relevant to our clients and candidates. ~The tech team has never helped the company hit revenue goals and they do not seem to be focused about helping with the financial growth of the company. It never seemed fair to fund the product and tech side of the business from sales and recruiting with no appreciation. ~If you don't go to company retreats, the CEO does make it known she does not think you are invested in the company ~The HR Director is not helpful and does not look out for people except for her direct team reports. After the retreat there was rumours of her not supporting the young women who came to her for s*xual h*rassment. Most people knew not to go to her for help. ~The CEO regularly tells people if they are not happy to quit the company on the "All Hands" meetings ~There are clear favorites in the company like everyone said and it is clear who they are (family and friends of the CEO) ~There is no training in any department and there is an expectation to "just hit your goals" without any help from management; The one manager we had was fired suddenly and was never replaced and no support was offered to help the team transition to having no manager. ~The same people got to travel for work and most people do not get to go to tradeshows. ~Goals always felt unattainable and systems change which made it hard to do a diligent job with data integrity ~Layoffs around the holidays and every team is effected and the reason is to "get burn down" - CEO
