      They make you feel liked from time to time Pay was okay and I got paid on time

      Just think about the movie mean Girls and if it made another human being with the movie that’s called idocracy.

      The compensation package was the only highlight of working at this company

      Cons

      Favoritism was widespread in the company. If you weren't part of the boss's close-knit group of favorites, you had little chance of getting a fair opportunity for anything. Promotions, benefits, and special treatment were all reserved for those who were in the boss's good graces. Everyone else was left to struggle and fend for themselves, no matter how hard they worked or how capable they were.

      - energetic and fun workplace - hybrid, remote or in person options - mission driven and focused on change/evolution - tech focused - good pto / parental leave policies

      Cons

      - Cannabis Industry has been way up and way down over the past few years. Regulation has been the industry near impossible to succeed in, so not surprising to see some unhappy previous coworkers of mine on here, but I think they were all happy while working here. - Hiring is an industry pegged to economic condition. - Startup risks - no 401k match
