      There is nothing good to report about this company.

      Cons

      This company has a serious issue with toxic management being protected. People brown nose all the time. CEO is installing people through shameful nepotism and only the special people will get special treatment (not based on knowledge or skills). Thus, there is a lot of talk but no decisions made and nothing is getting done. Employees are forced to work far beyond the typical working hours but the money is not enough for the amount of bs you have to endure.

      There are many skilled people who are not appreciated.

      Cons

      The company is run by a bunch of mean girls who run the ship with no vision for growth or innovation!!! It is a very toxic work environment. You will find no shortage of incompetence due to nepotism. A few people have their roles made for them since their best friend is pretty big at the company. If you are a hard worker, you will be taken of, and if you are underqualified, you just have to know who to become friendly with and you can have a great career path.

      Paychecks arrived on time and cleared.

      Cons

      Complete lack of leadership. 7 years of being a 'start up' and zero growth from a business perspective. The leadership team is more of mean girls club. Nothing was accomplished in my time at Vangst. Clear lack of vision and focus. AVOID working with or at this company.
