A lot of good people still, there's enough good vibes in the place from Bogle's days to keep the dream alive for now Decent pay, decent flexibility with working hours, family life. 2 days a week working from home

Cons

No actual reason given for discontinuing work-from-home despite apparent increase in productivity during the pandemic. Pay increases don't seem to keep up with inflation. Was very happy with the PTO until I realized it included sick time. Give people more sick time.
