Horrible!

Pros

Benefits, co-workers, break time not getting yelled at from clients. That's it.

Cons

They are looking for anyone to answer the phones from clients vanguard doesn't even attempt to take care of. They just open accounts and hope clients don't call. They haven't been able to keep anyone to take the calls for decades, a revolving door doesn't even come close to describing what has been happening there.

Pros

- Great Benefits/PTO - Great resume builder

Cons

It has been several years since I have worked in Vanguard's contact center (I worked in the Educations Savings Group dealing with 529 plans). I literally had a nightmare last night where I was still working there. This happens every so often (spaced a few months apart). The feeling I experience mid-dream where I realize I no longer work there and need no "aux in every morning" is so satisfying I cannot describe via text. I would never recommend working here on the phones to anyone I truly care about.
