Pros

* Benefit Plan * Work Life Balance * Training Programs

Cons

* Compensation is not competitive * Difficult to advance career wise - Internal advancement is difficult unless you are considered a “ chosen one”. * Culture - the environment has changed from when I initially started working here as the management team was genuinely interested in crew development and helping them move towards their career goals. Currently, it seems that gossip is more frequent ,especially amongst the leaders, where people are quick to point fingers. - Diversity in leadership team

Pros

Free parking, coffee, WiFi and water

Cons

Middle management has its own agenda, upper management ignores it. Stop asking employees what to do to improve, it is ignored every year. Don't go against the grain, you will pay for it.
