Pros

Vanguard offers great benefits and support to crew. Strong 401k program, access to great medical, and lots of PTO

Cons

A big reason Vanguard offers these benefits is because the pay rate is low. Also despite having lots of PTO, it is nearly impossible to get the days you would want to take off approved
