Pros

Like most large corps, its all about the team you are on; I was fortunate to have always had a solid experience with good members, Benefits are great, over 85% healthcare premiums covered by the company.

Cons

Change is inevitable and should be embraced; change without vision (or at least vision communicated well) does not build confidence.

Pros

Promotions seem to depend more on favoritism and personal alignment than on actual performance. They don't have any standard of UX at this organization. Most of the people are good at talking and that's all.

Cons

If you ever shared your honest opinion regarding anything, you will be fired.

Pros

- Expanding department - A lot of room for career growth - Leaders want you to win and are very resourceful - Open communication

Cons

- Fast paced learning environment - You have to learn ALL transactions for ultra high net worth clients - Pay is extremely low for the work we do and the high net worth clients we work with - There are no official L&D trainers, you're being taught/coached by tenured peers in the same role as you
