Pros

Many great and talented crew, very good benefits and training opportunities.

Cons

Tenured and talented crew often 'encouraged" to move on, either to areas within V where they have limited experience or to leave the company altogether. Diversity efforts are not sincere (very male-dominated thinking; upper management primarily male).

Keep Your Head Down. Don't Expect Management to Care.

Pros

Great team mates and benefits. Salary isn't too bad.

Cons

Company is all about getting their expense ration down to .10. Client service doesn't matter anymore. It's all about the numbers. Managment only cares about the number of seconds you spend on a call. Mr Bogle would not approve.
