The job is just receiving calls from people who know nothing about retirement plans yelling at you about their money and insulting you. If you are lucky your manager will let you shift work times. Everything is run by a clock. You literally have to hit a button on your computer to take a break or use the restroom and it times those breaks.

Very competitive for promotion to exempt level, all are similarly qualified . Good place to start but look elsewhere long term for the Charlotte office.
