It's a job to TRY to pay the bills.

Cons

1. The pay is not up to par 2. The people were not friendly. 3. Management didn't work well with employees in regards to their needs and career goals. 4. You're just another dot with no worth.

Flexible work schedule, opportunities for advancement, committed to training and development, good medical benefits, high-caliber employees, tuition reimbursement and an inclusive environment. Vanguard has a strong culture and a dedicated crew. Our clients come first in everything we do. The crew REALLY believes this and our decisions and actions are driven by what is best for the investors.

Cons

Base salaries are not as competitive as other organizations.
